All orders are shipped within 24 Business Hours. Business Hours are Monday through Friday, 5:00am to 5:00pm PST.
In stock orders received by 6:00pm EST/3:00pm
PST will be shipped the same day on approved credit. We will accommodate
your needs; please let us know if you need overnight or 2-day
delivery. |

F.O.B. Poway, CA. Most orders ship U.P.S. unless
another carrier is specified.
Freight Charges
Freight charges will be added to your order at the time of shipping.
 Hazardous Material (HazMat) Charge
Product Considered Hazardous, per D.O.T. regulations, can only be shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. Hazardous material cannot be shipped via air freight. An additional $25.00 shipping charge will apply to each package consisting of hazardous materials. (US only)

Returns
|

Should be sent to 12778 Brookprinter Place,
Poway, CA 92064. Please call and request a Return Material Authorization
number to accompany your return along with a copy of the original
packing list to ensure proper credit. A 15% re-stocking fee may
apply to some returns.

viewing any product listed on our site, use the handy
button at the bottom of the part description to add the
item to your order form. To place an order with us, simply
complete the form with the correct products and quantities
and hit the process button.

1-4 business hours (Monday - Friday) with specific
delivery and shipment information. At this time we'll

Customers

Your export needs can be met from an inventory
representing several manufacturers of quality production soldering
materials and supplies. We currently maintain an inventory of
over 5,000 different part numbers. The export department can ship
to any country in the world except those prohibited by U.S. Law.
Pricing
Pricing on this web site is in U.S. funds.
Minimum Orders
Minimum export order is U.S. $250.00, F.O.B. shipping point. Canada,
U.S. Possessions, Embassies and U.S. Government Installations
are exempt from the minimum export order requirement.
Payment Terms
Export orders are accepted on the basis of payment in advance
of shipment by certified check, bank draft, wire transfer, Visa
or MasterCard.

Letters of Credit
Payment may be made by confirmed irrevocable Letter of Credit provided
that the order for export is more than U.S. $1000.00, F.O.B. shipping point.
Letter of Credit must be payable at sight, valid for at least 90
days from date of issue, with all bank charges to the account of
the buyer.
Term of Sale
Standard export quotation pricing is F.O.B. shipping point, Poway,
CA, at which point legal title and responsibility for goods is transferred
to the buyer. C&F, C.I.F. and F.A.S. quotation will be offered
upon request. Charges for insurance and shipping will be added to
the invoice. A handling charge will apply for special consular certification,
export documentation or special packaging for sea freight. Buyer
is responsible for tariffs or import duties.
Shipping
Orders will ship via the most economical and suitable method, unless
other arrangements are made at the time of the order. We reserve
the right to select the air carrier, freight forwarder and shipping
method to ensure damage free, on time delivery of your merchandise.
Merchandise Return
Please contact WASSCO via FAX for return authorization and instructions.
(Shipping charges for returned merchandise are to be paid by the
buyer.)
Electrical Equipment
All electrical equipment contained in our catalog is 110VAC / 115VAC,
60Hz. Quotations of price on 220VAC, 50Hz, electrical equipment
can be furnished upon request.
