Used in a variety of applications like strain relieving high profile components, tacking wire, sealing and encapsulating corrosion sensitive components, sealing and bonding wire and cable connects, and repairing rubber gaskets and seals. These adhesive/sealants adhere to metals, glass, ceramics, silicone rubber and most plastics.
  • RTV 5145: Non-slumping, thixotropic RTV adhesive/sealant bonds and seals electonic devices. Cures to a high strength rubber upon exposure to atmospheric moisture. Meets MIL-A-46146B. Group 2, Type 1. Tensile Strength - 1000 PSI; Elongation - 750%;Tear Strength - 230 PLI; Dielectric Strength - 380 volts/mil
