CT40-5 Heat Sink Compound, 5.0 WAS-01-09583
A heavy consistency silicone compound, thickened with a heat-conductive metal oxide filler, facilitates heat transfer away from electrical or electronic components. Exhibits low bleed, excellent thermal conductivity, and has a stable temperature range of -40° to 392°F. Will not dry out, harden or melt. Meets MIL-C-47113.
