For automated wave soldering of PCB assemblies where more aggressive flux is required. Recommended for soldering multi-layer printed circuit boards. Formulated to minimize icicling and bridging. Exhibits high ionic cleanliness after water cleaning with no surface insulation resistance degradation. Features low solids content, no offensive odor, low halide and ionic material content. May be applied with spray, dip or foam fluxing equipment.

Higher solids content. Boards exhibit high ionic cleanliness after water cleaning, exceeding MIL-P-28809A requirements.
