Each tool individually tested to 10,000 volts and certified to 1000 Volt ac or 1500 Volt dc. The handle is solid molded core with soft outer cushion grip. 40% more torque than conventional handles. Insulation is molded directly onto the blade for permanent bonding. The blade is made of CVM tool steel, hardened to average 60RC. Insulation Test Standards: Insulation according to IEC 900, AS™ F-1505-01, VDE 06part 201, DIN 7437, Draft 90. Responds to OSHA's use specification 29 CFR1910.
