Provides a static-free environment and reduces risk of static discharge during field repair of printed circuit boards. Kit includes a .021" x 22" x 24" red static-dissipative mat with two pockets, a 3051 ground cord assembly, 3038 uninsulated alligator clip, and a 2204 adjustable wrist strap band. Folds to 8" x 12". Meets Requirements of MIL-W-87893, Type III.
