Simultaneous testing of wrist strap and foot wear in up to 3 seconds to reduce time spent testing personal grounding devices used in ESD control plans. Split foot plate for testing foot grounders (or shoes) allows both foot grounders be tested independently at the same time. Solid state touch test button with no moving parts increases accuracy of testing and lifetime of product. Thirty volt test signal provides accurate tests that are not humidity dependent. Stainless steel split footplate is easy to clean and maintain.
